Upgrade your Samsung Galaxy S with Android Ice Cream Sandwitch

El modo recovery CWM desde el que instalaremos la ROM

These past months have been a happy user of my Galaxy S ROMs both "official" as with MIUI Samsung and Darky Rom, two ROMs made by independent communities that further enhance the phone experience. Whatever the Gingerbread ROM that you use, agree with me that have been left behind crashes, the battery did not last long, etc.. I think Android is the only case in the world of technology, in which on the same hardware, each version of the software runs faster and more stable. But it is time that our smartphone makes [...]

Galcon and Planetary Wars: incredibly addictive global strategy for Android

Excelente juego de estrategia con una mecánica muy simple

In these years of using PDAs and smartphones have been able to enjoy many games, but simple given the limited power (until recently) of the computers that was designed, had an addictive gameplay and capacity comparable to the best arcade games , console or PC. I remember with special affection Space Trader, Lemonade Tycoon, Bike or Die, Vexed, and many others, all games that surprised me at the time so I just commented. And a few days I have to have this feeling with a game that can not be simpler in its [...]

Prevent your Android restart every bit the launcher and go slow

Un launcher demasiado pesado puede enlentecer el teléfono

For we all know what we're talking about, the launcher (also called home or start) is the "desktop" of Android, what we see when we have no application running, where we add our widgets and shortcuts. The launcher that comes standard is usually made by the manufacturer of your phone (Samsung's TouchWiz, HTC Sense, etc.) but can be replaced by the one we want, because it really is a more. A launcher too heavy can slow the phone in fact really when we leave and return to an application launcher that makes it run Android [...]

Escribiendo con Graffiti en nuestro Android

Fortunately PalmOS spirit has survived the test of time and looks in some applications available on the Android Market itself. Applications no doubt that Palm got a text entry system very efficient with Graffiti. In Android we can continue to use it officially through Access itself. Old TV animation at shutdown, and load percentage for Galaxy S Gingerbread

El icono de batería cambiará de color según la carga restante

I remember, when I had my HTC P3300 with Windows Mobile, how I tried hundreds of already cooked ROMs that gave many turns to the official version of Microsoft. However, with the Galaxy S and Android that I have no interest because, first official versions of Samsung works great, and secondly I think this system is complex enough for a cooked version, added or deleted programs , and modifications will always cause problems. Or maybe just I'm getting old. Anyway, yes there are two visual changes that I wanted to get. [...]
