SD expansion card 2Gb Palm
Leo Zonapda.net that Palm has launched a 2Gb SD card. What you are guaranteed to purchase it directly to the people of Palm, is to be fully compatible with your device. And that is what I consider important. The teams are supported with this card:
Palm ® TX / Zire 72 / Tungsten T5 / LifeDrive / Treo 600, 650
while if we look at the compatibility with 1Gb model we see that supported are:
Palm ® TX / Zire 31, 71, 72 / Tungsten C, E, E2, T, T2, T3, T5, W / LifeDrive / Treo 600, 650

Beware 2Gb SD cards or more, not all the support equipment
So very careful when buying a 1Gb card more for your Palm, because it is not in the list of compatible devices, there must be.
Published: finally we have empirical evidence of what equipment supports 2Gb cards and what not.

I tried a brand 2gb transcend card (cheaper than the palm) with the T5 and it worked. the downside is that when taken out and put it in the camera (Canon S80), the camera is not recognized and the need to format to use, so you must choose which of the two devices to put it. it certainly those of 4gb but are not compatible with most devices there system because they use FAT32 instead of FAT16 to administer the. excellent site, sigue asi porfavor.
Thanks Carlos.
I'm glad that worked correctly. I use a 512-Mb and in the future may also buy a 2Gb for my E2.
Regarding compatibility, try to let the camera format, you may do so that can read both. In addition, sometimes the Palm does not recognize the card when you're getting into. But evidence to do it again and it works. To see if it is just that.
A greeting.
I solved the problem by formatting the card with the program that comes on the page of Transend. now they both can read: when taking a photo in the camera, you can see on the palm. (you reach this point after that and neither could read and marked the error)
it will also fit many videos to divx and mp3. The only problem I see is how long the battery lasts. however is the same problem of ipods. hopefully in the future think of interchangeable batteries.

Or those new batteries of methanol, Charles, and he puts one long teeth
Well, I copied the patch to the PDA, I have a Zire 31 and after putting the 2GB card still does not recognize and therefore can not format it. What to do exactly? Thank you.
Hello ...
I have a Palm Tungsten C and I can not read a 2 gb card to buy him, is make A-DATA.
I hope you can help me, thanks.
Bye ...
The largest card that can read the Tungsten C seems to be 1Gb. One I bought for my E2 and it works perfectly. To use the 2Gb still can try this method, but I guarantee it works.
hi
I want to buy a Tungsten E2, and put a 2G card expansion, from A-DATA
Any of you know if it works? Best for this purpose will be to buy a TX?
G
As set out above, the largest card that works on a E2 is 1Gb. The 2Gb does work on a TX, but not in a E2. So keep that in mind when you decide
