Complete list of all devices with PalmOS
For any data you want to know about a device that works under PalmOS, be it a PDA, a cell phone or a coffee pot, I recommend PalmOS Model Database. It's amazing, all the aircraft appeared in the history of PalmOS (over 120), with all its characteristics (weight, size, version of PalmOS, amount of RAM, battery type, type of screen ... and even a photo of each of them.

The Pilot 1000 from 1996 was the first PDA with PalmOS
It pays to take a little while touring the list, there are many devices to detect. As we see the first model was the Pilot 1000: Launched in 1996 by UsRobotics, running Palm OS 1.0 on some incredible 128Kb of RAM. And to think it was an organizer as useful as are the Palm now.

Je, je, je. So it's easier to remember to bring Palm always on top.
We have to see how technology changed in 10 years, since the first PDA's with 128K and stacks up with the brand new Treo and LD. !
I had drawn attention to the Pilot 1000, with 128K, that reminds me of my first computer, a ZX-81 (the predecessor of the Spectrum) with 1K of RAM, well that was another era.
A greeting,
Yes, it seems incredible that they could do anything with so little, seeing how the teams are now
I started in this with a 80,286 who had 512Kb of RAM and 20Mb hard disk. In it I learned to program, thanks to QBasic.
Although it is not the same computer that a mobile device. If not, compares 200MHz to 3GHz with an E2 from any computer that is sold today.
