A spectacular montage
I could not resist this upload video here. It is simply amazing. I strongly recommend that you veáis from beginning to end, because it's worth.
These machines are known as "Rube Goldberg Machine", by being the first to invent machines so amazingly complex tasks to develop such extremely simple: Rube Goldberg on Wikipedia
This is the typical assembly in which a piece falls, pushing the other hand, which inflates a balloon, that does something ... and so are happening in small chain widgets that create a global assembly especticular. But it has no point of comparison. Is a sequence of ideas and ingenious mechanical devices, with spectacular chemical reactions. I do not want to imagine how long it will be devoted to their creators dream it, prepare it, try it.
The movie starts well but is in its second half when it is simply incredible. If you do not have time to view the whole (at least now), we suggest some truly original moments:
- 7:30: The bottle does not fall by the side of the table.
- 11:30: The tire that appears to have failed.
- 16:00: The jet boat.
- 19:00: walking shoes, and then "communicating vessels".
- 21:30: pot "express".
- 24:00: the pendulum.
- 26:00: the wheels going up stairs.
The mounting more ingenious I've seen
What do you think? Only comment that its title is "Def Lauf Der Ding", translated "Def run of the things", "The race of the Rings."
