Tricks to better organize our time
A Palm can be a very useful tool for our lives more orderly. But as a whole, their effectiveness depends on whether we are giving it to good use. In PdaExpertos know very well what they are talking about, and invite us to reflect on a number of points that are key to achieving a successful organization of our time.
You can read the contents of this article at the original site.
The author then describes the procedure used on a daily basis, combining a pad of paper sheets to record daily tasks, and the PDA to point out important tasks, requiring an alarm to remember them at the right time. It also uses a checklist to write down what type tasks, which has to be repeated every month, has already made and which do not. And finally, we recommend some applications that extend the functions of programs PIM that brings PalmOS by default.
As we see, with a little effort on our part, and a good organizational scheme, we can be much more productive. For those who forget the tasks with ease, a PDA becomes an authentic lifesavers.
