Nothing small, I have been looking for and the unique thrower who has a gratuitous version without time limit is iSpin Launcher, but he does not include any support to add programs of card SD to the main categories.

For all the readers, the program is called Zlink, and allows to have a program in the SD, and that appears a direct access like one more an application in ram, and so we saved the space, but seems that it is in ram.
It did not think that he was this to which you talked about. I use a similar program, that is called PowerRun, and know that a third party exists, Linkstart call, but that does not work me in the E2.
