English dictionary of synonyms and, now free
The market is fierce, and companies that are not kept afloat finally have to leave. This is true of the software company Arslexis, creators of good programs for PalmOS as Noah Pro, Thesaurus, iPedia and InfoMan. As I read in UneasySilence, has ceased to exist, but fortunately all of its programs have not been sunk with the ship rather have floated on the coast and are waiting for the pick.
And they have taken the decision to release free programs like Noah Pro, an excellent English dictionary and thesaurus, a dictionary of synonyms in English. The characteristics of Noah Pro are worth noting:

A comprehensive English dictionary
- No less than 122,000 words defined
- It can run in the background, to search for words that appear in another program (such as reading a book in English).
- You can also get the word to define the clipboard (copy the word in a program, and we open the Noah Pro).
- Support for external memory card (essential since the data file holds nothing less than 5Mb).
- We can save words in your favorites for quick post.
- Three different ways of viewing the definition.
- Customizing and font colors used.
- Support for PalmOS 5 and the browser from five directions.
For its part the dictionary of synonyms, very helpful when we want to enrich our texts, it also has quality:

Quickly find the word you seek
- Definition of 48,000 words.
- Support for external memory cards.
- Simple user interface.
- Support for PalmOS 5 and navigator of five directions.
It is a pity that companies which produced good programs for PalmOS will have to close, but we should thank them graciously offer their programs for free instead of letting them disappear forever.

A company rather than jumping from the ship, which will come in the not too distant future the total collapse.
There is no doubt that competition is sometimes harmful for companies, although offering good products, are victims of the vagaries of the market. But that detail the proper release programs, at this moment I delete TrueTerm and I install the Noah.
Thanks Mark for making this my visit your site every day as far as Palm is concerned.
