Use your Palm as an alarm clock timer with advanced
True, Palm bring factory-installed a beautiful world clock that leaves us know the time in other cities, see where it is day and night at this time, and until you know the times of departure and sunset for our city. But the point of alarm is rather low: a simple alarm that sounds every day until you deactivate it. This may be enough for a wristwatch, but our Palm can do much more.
I do not think that is the only one who has to get up in the morning to one hour in different forms depending on the day of the week. In addition, it would be nice to set the alarm to sonase Monday through Friday, but not on weekends, so I do not have to worry about more than activate and deactivate each week, with the risk of ignoring a Sunday and arrive on Monday afternoon to work . Not bad nor would an accountant, for example, to control those minutes that has to be rice in a fire and not remain without food and having to order a pizza again. This and more is what allows us to watch the programs we're going to see, of course free to our Palm.
The clock more popular, as it already has about Anita, is Big Clock. Of course, is a beautiful clock, with support for color and background images, and some big numbers either easily check to see who is at a glance.

BigClock has an easy to use interface
But if we give more attention will find that gives nothing less than four hours in addition to the local, four independent alarms with sonar option of only certain days of the week, and four timers / counters independent, with different modes of operation (count once, Loop, etc). Until can be operated as a timer for chess games. It is undoubtedly a clock / alarm / timer complete, to which only he can throw in their lack of equipment designed for standard resolution (although it supports high resolution in the HandEra 330), bringing in high-resolution Palm buttons and texts are a bit "jagged".

The alarms are highly customizable
Another clock is excellent Watchmaker, with some functional details unless BigClock, but in return supports high resolution and has some really beautiful designs. In fact very good function as a table clock, if we have our Palm at its base and with this program running.

It has both analog and digital clocks
Watchmaker lets you define up to three alarms, also with sonar option of a one-time, or certain days of the week. The third alarm is very interesting: it can only be defined within the following 60 minutes, and is simply doing with the stylus tap on the clock, as if we were moving one hand with our hands. Fast and easy to configure, and salvation for our rice. Aspects of the clock are very nice, both analog and digital, and to activate and deactivate the alarms with a single tap, without changing display. One of the advantages of Watchmaker is that you can use the system sounds, so if you have installed any extra package of melodies can be used without problem for waking in the morning.

The alarms are comfortable configuring
There are some watches more free, although those two will meet the needs of any user: beautiful, simple and above all helpful. So now with our Palm also have an advanced clock that will make us forget about activate and deactivate the alarms each week, a timer and clock up an original dessert.

Hi Mark, was looking for precisely this type of application to use on my TX. I tried BigClock 2.83 and has a problem of compatibility (it works almost everything, but some options hang the device and I have to do a soft reset) I'm going to test you and Watchmaker story as I go. Moreover Do you know someone somewhere but similar software that allows using "mp3" for the alarms?
Greetings and thanks in advance.
Yes, BigClock was designed for older devices, Watchmaker should go smoothly on the TX.
Regarding the MP3, only pay-familiar watches with that functionality, as MobileClock I like a lot.
However, most (if not all know) the only thing they do is use the MP3 player you have installed (Real Player, Pocket Tunes ...). Tenlo into account because they themselves can not play the MP3.
Thanks for the information of MobileClock not been tested, turned out pretty good greetings.
The alarms estadares the Palm does not turn on the palm and you realize that this just to turn the alarm clocks if ... They lit the palm? Or will I have misconfigured the palm and therefore does not turn? Greetings.
Oops, and I had thought to outline the Watchmaker, jejejeje, I won ...
I have a couple of days used, specifically looking for a replacement free of MegaClock and the like, and works well on my Palm.
Mr Anderson, to my alarm if I "wake up" the Palm, something must be interfering with its operation in yours.
Greetings!
I will be off "Assets at the base"?
I do not think so, that only disables it is turned on while you're loading.
Ah ... I think that this problem was happening in my old T3 in TX ... not that happens, the alarm worked perfectly ...
hi!
on the instructions of my palm tx get a picture with a piece clock with map of the world but in the pda get the hardware clock q had in my Zire 21.
you know where to get that watch?
greetings!
Replace a new version of the clock by an ancient? It's best to use the solutions posed by this post instead of eliminating the newest version of the clock, and replaced by a more ancient ... in any case if you want to replace it, you must have a palm that has that application, copying the files with her back to a Filez SD card, and then use the procedure that explains THIS post as a copy to another Palm Greetings ...
