Common problems with the ignition and shutdown of the Palm

There should be an application that you give this problem ... try to do a hard reset your computer and instanla one by one the applications again. Before all that, make a back up your data, of course.
A friend has a Tungsten E2 and since a few days it turns on automatically 5 seconds after switching it off, and there is no way for him to stay off. Asked me, but I do not give it to the problem. What's wrong and how to fix it?

Go get it simple, make a back up your data, and then give it a hardreset ... such problems x is any application. For me and my step.
