Hard reset of a Palm TX with the button of spoiled ignition
With the daily use, the button of ignition of the Palm can get to stop working. This disables, for example, doing hard reset, since it is necessary to press this button to initiate the process. As we can read in his blog, the steps to be able to initiate hard reset when the Palm is beginning, are the following:
- Manten pressed the four bellboys of Fast Applications (House, Calendar, Contacts and Web).

The effectiveness of this method is not very clear, since the instructions in the original article are not too clear either. It is an excellent contribution - leaving its effectiveness separate, although the one to tighten in several occasions the 4 bellboys simultaneously… is to me somewhat complicated and like suggestion, already for much, I have praised myself/poured off to use some of the applications that allow to extinguish my TX without using the ignition button (I have to this end installed OffStroke and CenterMenu) and igniting it (to be able to return to the same previous application and not through some from the four bellboys, which would force to me to leave this application and to return to the previous one) with CenterMenu. Of this form with himself to maintain the button of ignition of the TX intact.

In case somebody can make use to me. I have a Palm TX. Today it has begun to blink the screen being changed the intensity of the light. I have done him reset but it has not responded; it was reinitiated but to him it continued passing the same. Despiés has begun continuously to pass through patalla vertical bands and they do not stop happening. Although the screen goes out after the anticipated minutes when igniting it returns to happen the same. I have tried the double reset but it does not work either. The battery is loaded. It is a task because I leave trip and I have all the data inside to be able to travel. It would thank for one helps
in the first attempt I work, tapeworm many problems and main the button of ignition I stop working long ago. but perdi much information by q does not keep (photos before videos) and some archives q were not the espandible memory. but music it recovers if it but not like?
