Mixture of moding and collecting is what we were in this page where is explained how to install 8Mb of ram in a Palm III, model that brings only 2Mb of factory.

Palm III comes with PalmOS 3 and 2Mb from memory. One made with two types of memory module. In order to know which has installed an apparatus in particular, we can visit this page. In case of taking “new” modules DRAM, it is possible to be modified to have until 8Mb. If it only takes the old woman modules of type SRAM it will be able to raise 4Mb.

In this same page we can find connections to other modifications:

There are connections to more information available about modifications of PDAs in this section of the page. So if you have an old PDA and you are small hands with the soldering iron, this one is a tuna project to do a good completion to him.
