I've always been a faithful user of the Web browser Opera Mini. On machines with limited RAM and my P3300 (especially since it runs Windows Mobile 6.5) does not get better. It's amazing that a browser with so little "weight" and as fast and usable, is programmed in Java. But some time ago that was not updated, and increasingly it was becoming less competitive compared.
So very pleasantly surprised me the appearance of Opera Mini Beta 5. I have used it for several days and the feeling could not be [...]

Not just phone or PDA programs for the geek lives. Occasionally you have to relax and spend a little time left "chula" your machine. A few months ago I put online a collection of free wallpapers in various resolutions, to ensure compatibility with equipment Palm, Windows Mobile and even iPhone.
Now that I have prepared is a collection of ringtones with a strong element of nostalgia: melodies extracted directly from the games of the Nintendo Entertainment System, which juge for many hours in my youth. For [...]

But it also has its glitches, the TomTom GPS navigation software is an excellent product, especially for PDAs and phones that do not have sufficient power to run other options "pretty" as the NavNGo iGo 8. It's funny though to see that little arrow that indicates our position, and it seems that "plan" over the map. Several people have thought about it, and it seems that developers of TomTom also. Today frikismo rozaremos the image to see how to customize your TomTom to display our car instead of the arrow.

Since its introduction in the market for some years we have all heard at some point like bluetooth A2DP. But what exactly is it?
For starters, the profiles are general descriptions of behavior that the devices can use to communicate. How you use the Bluetooth capabilities are therefore based on the profiles that each device supports. That is, we think of a profile as a "standard" of communication that must satisfy two teams to support certain services.
For example, if two teams bluetooth profile support Dial-up Networking (DUN) may establish a connection [...]

Undoubtedly one of the best utilities on our PDA or smart phone is the GPS navigator. Whether as a passenger on our long car journeys through unknown lands, or as a partner in our walks through the countryside or the city, a GPS navigator becomes an indispensable tool.
HTC and TomTom One, is over loaded with more junk
However, this week I found myself in the unpleasant situation of being away from home, start my inseparable TomTom 7 on HTC P3300, and find no reason the program does not start spitting out the [...]

I acknowledge that I fully trust to manage my Gmail inbox. Since I use I have not having to worry about him I never spam, you can access it from anywhere, connect to IMAP, Thunderbird folders replicate on their labels, etc.. However, to not depend entirely on your service, I keep updated on the Thunderbird mail for offline access. But many people do not do this, and only now access their email through the Web interface.
Enrique Dans is another Gmail-addict, and has felt that feeling of helplessness when the Gmail servers [...]

Wonderful news for those who want to carry your Palm to the maximum potential: It can be used in some models of Palm SDHC memory cards, the technology used by some 4GB SD cards and all the higher capacity (8GB to 32GB). At this point in the film and everyone knows Youtube, Gogle Video, MetaCafe, DailyMotion and other sites where we can find millions of videos uploaded by all users. Among so many videos you can find video clips, documentaries, conferences, television series, and so on. Would not it be great to keep these videos on our Palm without having internet connection to view?

The Palm can be an excellent way to carry our music collection anywhere. With a lot of storage space, either through an SD card or internal memory (such as the LifeDrive 4GB), you may move hundreds of hours of music without having to carry another device with more satisfying this task. However, it is customary to connect our Palm's team of our car audio, limitation shared by other nuclear-portable music players (iPod, Zen, etc).
Only newer cars have [...]

There's nothing like having a book in hand, but sometimes is more useful to download it and take it with us. Our Palm can do that, we've seen. One point in favor of the ebooks or electronic books, is that there are many on the internet that are public domain and therefore can be freely downloaded, for free. Here are some sites where to get them, though predominantly in English, also in Spanish:
On the Web there are thousands of electronic books for free download
Gutenberg.org: the first project to convert public domain books into digital format. Currently have [...]
